Logcollector document is not detailed enough

after i run pxc operator follow the document, logcollector is confused for me because which document introduction is not detailed enough，I can’t even understand what exactly logcollect did internally，and also, there is nothing code about percona-xtradb-cluster-operator_1.15.1:logcollector-fluentbit3.1.4 at percona-xtradb-cluster-operator, Can you reply with the git repository address of logcollector? and, do we still need to use logcollector to collect PXC logs when using fluentbit to collect container logs in k8s?
