Unexpected Page Publishing in Confluence – What Could Trigger It?

Hi Atlassian Community,

are there any other ways to publish a page besides clicking the "Publish" button? It has now happened to me twice in a row that various pages were published without me actively clicking "Publish." What else could trigger such a "Publish"?

My name also appears in the change log, can't be right though, since I didn't pay any attention to the button at all.
