Bulk change replacing values

 

 

I have a behavior that is interfering with our use of the bulk change option.

We have several tasks with different clients, and during the transition to "Resolved," I load a screen with the "Client" field.

The issue occurs because, if I am closing 5 tasks in bulk, each with a different client, when transitioning to "Resolved," it loads the first client I selected in the ticket and updates all the others.

I need the "Client" field during the transition because many analysts forget about it, but this prevents bulk closing since it will load the client from the first ticket I selected and update the others.

Is there a way to work around this issue?
