Chat on website and in app are empty

On the roblox website and app chat is completely empty, it’s been like this for a few days.

I turned off all of my extensions and signed out and signed back in but chat is still empty.
If you press chat with ____ you can chat with whoever you pressed it for but as soon as you refresh the page it’s empty again.

This has also happened to other people, like this guy on discord
