Roblox UGC Game Scamming Users of Robux

There is a server where you can purchase time in order to buy a UGC hat. However, as soon as your purchase the time to get the UGC in game, it bans you for “Cheating, permanently banned for modifying time status”.

What’s the best way to report this and to also get the refunded 1K back to the account.
