Or is this just frustrated users of Google’s products helping (or trying to help) themselves? I’ve seen no sign of Google participation.
Content here could to be an excellent source of user feedback. It should be supported & cultivated by Google. User feedback could reviewed, summarized and provided to Google’s product development groups. Users could be helped by knowledgeable Google product experts. It would seem like a “win-winâ€. Google can hardly claim a shortage of resources.
