We are wanting to use JIRA or JSM to manage the facilities that we work with and the contacts at each facility. We currently keep track of this information in Excel and we would like to move it to JIRA. We would also like to be able to have people add/update their contact information as new staff is hired or someone leaves.
I know there are CRM add-ons but I would like to hear from the community if they have had success and what you would recommend to accomplish a contact database in JIRA.
