Tableau Web Data Connector - How to Display Categorical Labels Instead of Numeric Codes?

I am working with Tableau's Web Data Connector, using a link from a corporate data repository. However, several categorical variables are displayed without their labels—for example, the "sex" variable appears as '1' and '2' instead of 'Female' and 'Male'.

I would like to know if there is a way to specify that Tableau includes the labels automatically, as there are multiple categorical variables, and manually assigning aliases would be time-consuming.
