Cannot start Keycloak

enter image description here I dowload the zip keycloak file, then cmd at the /bin folder.Then I run kc.bat start-dev but nothing happen. I waited for a long time and checked task manager it is still running

I tried to delete and reinstall java 21 but it still doesn't work. Anyone with experience please help me.
