Question related to the aab and apk file and cannot open the aab file

When I test my app through apk then my is working in good condition and all functions are working properly and when I submit the aab file to the Google Play console and after the i downloaded it from Google Play then my app is not opening only the my app logo is showing

When I test my app through apk then my is working in good condition and all functions are working properly and when I submit the aab file to the Google Play console and after the i downloaded it from Google Play then my app is not opening only the my app logo is showing and I want that my app is running properly after it download from the Google Play console in closed testing and when after the closed I apply it to the production access after the production then my app is sent for review then an email is come for problem of broken functionality
