We submitted the YouTube Data API quota increase request on December 2024. On first of January 2025, we received an email from YouTube Support stating that processing times were longer than usual and to expect delays.
Since then, we have not received any updates. We have sent countless follow-up emails, and the only response we received was that our request is still pending.
I’m wondering:
Is this kind of delay normal for quota increase requests?
What could be causing such a long wait?
Would resubmitting the request help, or could it cause further issues?
If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on how to proceed, I’d really appreciate it.
